Real Estate advertising, like most advertising, is about exposing your property to buyers, buyers friends, buyers family and buyers agents in way that makes them want to see more. Once they see more and know more, the buyers determination of value will determine if any offer is made.
EXIT Name Recognition
The EXIT name is arguably the most memorable name in the Real Estate industry. Name recognition helps keep EXIT listed properties in the mind of buyers and buyer agents. Routinely when buyers call, they can't remember the street name or the agents name, but they know there was an EXIT sign in the yard. When a buyer calls the EXIT company number or any EXIT Realtor, EXIT listed properties are more likely to be shown, and therefore, purchased.

The most important advertising that can be done for a property is to place it where the other 2000+ local Realtors will be able to see it. The Greater Greenville Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is shared by EXIT Upstate Realty and its other members. Within day or two of the listing being placed in the local MLS, it is available on hundreds of local and national Websites, including this one. We work hard to include attractive pictures, and we strive to provide complete and accurate information in all of our listings.
Yard signs still help to sell homes. Very often when a Realtor is showing one home in a neighborhood, the buyer will ask to see the other ones that have yard signs. Buyers interested in particular neighborhoods, drive through them looking for yard signs. Neighbors see yard signs and tell their friends and family about the homes for sale in their neighborhood because of the yard sign.
